1. Introduction

Welcome to French Connections HCB. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement outlines the terms under which we provide our comprehensive administrative support services, including the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal data with relevant agencies and partner companies.

2. Definitions

• Client: Any individual or entity engaging the services of French Connections HCB.
• Service Provider: French Connections HCB, including its subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Partner Companies: Companies with whom French Connections HCB has Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in place.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Services Provided

French Connections HCB provides a range of administrative support services, including but not limited to:

• Document collection, review, and submission.
• Liaison with relevant government agencies and bodies.
• Coordination with partner companies for supplementary services such as insurance, currency exchange, and legal assistance.
• Providing detailed guidance and support for visa applications, including document preparation and submission.
• Assistance with financial management, tax advice, and compliance with local regulations.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the services.
• Promptly respond to any requests for additional information or documentation.
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid.

5. Permissions and Authorizations

The Client authorizes French Connections HCB to:

• Act on their behalf in interactions with relevant government agencies and bodies.
• Collect, process, and store personal data necessary for the provision of services.
• Share personal data with partner companies and relevant agencies as required.

6. Data Handling and Compliance

French Connections HCB commits to handling Client data in compliance with all applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the French Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

7. Sharing of Data

The Client consents to the sharing of their personal data with:

• Relevant government agencies and bodies for the purpose of completing the required procedures.
• Partner companies with whom French Connections HCB has DPAs in place, for the provision of supplementary services.

8. Data Protection and Security

• Data Security: French Connections HCB employs appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including encryption (AES-256), secure socket layer (SSL) technology, and two-factor authentication (2FA).
• Data Retention: Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• Data Access: The Client has the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Liability

French Connections HCB will make every effort to provide accurate and timely services but cannot guarantee the outcome of any administrative procedure. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. In the event of a data breach, the Service Provider’s liability shall be limited to taking appropriate measures to mitigate the impact and inform affected clients.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France and the United Kingdom.

11. Amendments

French Connections HCB reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
