Our Process

1. Initial Email

You will receive an email containing links to subscribe to health insurance, call an account manager, and submit documents.

2. Form Submission

You complete and submit the required FCHCB form with any supporting documents.

3. Document Analysis

Our administration team analyses the situation and the documents, then prepares a report for the account manager.

4. Communication

An email is sent to you with an analysis of the situation and the completed visa form for confirmation.
You will receive calls from your account manager to follow the progress of the process + Whatsapp access with the account manager

5. Appointment Booking

The administrative team makes your visa appointment.
