Before You Order
How personalised is the report, really?
Completely. Every report is researched from scratch against your questionnaire and what we learn in your consultation: your budget, climate preferences, community needs and dealbreakers. The recommendations name specific towns and communes, not just broad regions.
What if I've already got a region in mind?
Perfect. The report either confirms it with evidence, or shows you somewhere that fits your priorities better. Many clients arrive set on one region and discover an area they'd never heard of suits them more.
What if none of the recommendations feel right?
That happens rarely, and when it does it's usually because something important didn't surface earlier. The follow-up call is exactly where to say so: tell us what doesn't fit and we'll go back to the research. The point of the report is to get you to a shortlist you believe in, not to hand over a document and walk away.
How and when do I receive it?
Immediately after payment, you'll receive your questionnaire by email. Once you've completed it, we'll arrange your consultation, where we go deeper on your answers. Your report is delivered by email within 5 working days of that call, as a private link you can open on any device and share with family. Then we book a follow-up call to walk through it together.
Am I committing to a full relocation service?
No. The Region Matcher is bought on its own and stands on its own, so there's no obligation to go further. It's designed as the natural first step towards your move, though: once you have a region you believe in, we're here to guide the rest, starting with a consultation whenever you're ready.
My move is still two or three years away. Is it too early?
It's arguably the best time. The region decision shapes everything that follows: visa route, budget, whether you rent or buy first. It's far cheaper to make it now than to unpick it after you've bought a house. Clients planning several years out are among the most common people we do this for.
Can my partner join the calls?
Please do bring them. Both calls work best when everyone who has a say is on them, because the dealbreakers rarely match perfectly and the report is far more useful when it accounts for both sets.
