En signant cette procuration le client donne l'autorisation à French Connections HCB, ses représentants, et personnel d'agir en tant que mandataire en son nom pour les actes qui auront été préalablement entendus et acceptés. Cette substitution se limite à la completion des actes préalablement prévus et acceptés par le client, French Connections HCB ne peut donc ni les dépasser, ni les modifier sans auparavant en aviser le client. Cependant, cette substitution se limite strictement à la completion des actions et services prévus et acceptés. French Connections HCB et ses représentant agissant en son nom ne pourront être tenus responsables quant à toutes conséquences créées par l'erreur, la mauvaise fal ou l'intention de tromperie d'un client dans ses déclarations, qui entraineraient des dommages ou préjudices de toutes natures dont pourrait être victime le client ou un tiers. Ainsi, French Connections HCB et ses représentants ne se substitueront pas à leurs clients, les mandants, en cas de poursuite juridiques ou judiciaires, tant qu'ils, les mandataires, auront agi de bonne foi, sous l'autorité des déclarations de leurs clients, et dans les limites du contrat les liants.

By signing this power of attorney, the client gives French Connections HCB, its representatives, acting staff the right to act on their behalf for all services and acts that have been previously discussed and accepted. This substitution in action is strictly limited to the services previously requested and accepted by the client, French Connections HCB cannot therefore exceed or modify these terms of action without their clients' prior notification and approval. However, this substitution is strictly limited to the completion of agreed upon services and actions. French Connections HCB and the personnel acting on its behalf cannot therefore be held responsible for any consequences caused by a client's false declarations done by error, bad faith, or intention to deceive. Any subsequent damage or prejudice caused to a client or third party emanating from the above-mentioned false declarations will therefore be to the client's entire responsibility and charge French Connections HCB, its representatives and personnel will not in this event replace their client for whom they are acting or have acted, should these false declarations give way to any legal or judicial proceedings, as long as they have themselves acted in good faith, under the cover of the client's declarations, and within the very limits of the previously agreed upon services.
