Over the years, many clients have asked for a hand to sort out everyday hiccups and frustrations as well as the bigger, more important issues. We decided to set up an affordable way to help.
For a fee of just 89 euros a month for a 12 month subscription (or 129 euros a month for a family) you can call or email us to ask for assistance as often as you wish. Our super-powered Admin Team will sort out any request quickly and efficiently.
The Subscription Service is perfect before and after your move, as it also includes services such as connecting your utilities before you arrive, enrolling you with a local GP or dentist, booking appointments at the hairdresser or finding a suitable school for your children. Nothing is too challenging for our experienced team! Among the problems we’ve dealt with in recent weeks are an emergency dental appointment, a trip to the vet for a Lab who had swallowed a sock, booking a car in for its Contrôle Technique, dealing with the insurance company after a leak, returning a fridge-freezer that was the wrong size and sourcing a new belt for a drive-on lawnmower.
We’ve also organised a surprise birthday party, found a wedding venue, upgraded a mobile phone plan, written a letter of complaint and arranged an airport pick up…
In a nutshell, we’re here to take care of all the little things that catch you unawares, take up your time or require advanced knowledge of the language. Best of all, everything is included in one monthly fee, no matter how many times you need our help. You can cancel your subscription any time after the first six months, so there’s nothing to lose.
